The City of Ponchatoula and our downtown program is participating in an exciting, parish-wide event: Taste of Tangi!

Taste of Tangi is a concept created by local restaurant owner, Saul Rubio. The goal is to highlight the many top-of-the-line restaurants in Tangipahoa Parish. The second goal is to provide informational workshops and inspirational presentations for the local restaurant industry and the general public who enjoy the dining experience.

Taste of Tangi is scheduled for Tuesday, August 10 – Sunday, August 15. Fun events and informational workshops/presentations will be scheduled throughout the week.

The event organizers would love to meet with the Ponchatoula restaurants, bars, and event centers to further discuss how they can get involved in the fun!

The Informational Meeting is scheduled for next Wednesday, July 14 at 10:00 AM in the Meeting Room at the Ponchatoula City Hall Annex, 125 W. Hickory Street.
