On Saturday, February 4 at noon, the Ponchatoula Krewe of Nizhoni is hosting their second annual Mardi Gras parade in Downtown Ponchatoula.

The Krewe name ( Nizhoni) means beautiful. Any persons in the community are invited to become members of this Historic First Celebration Group!

The Krewe parade route will move from East Pine Street thru downtown Ponchatoula. Throws will be the signature Nizhoni blanket, trinkets, and toys for the children.
